1 Indonesian citizen died in Singapore due to Coronavirus
Singapore's Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) confirmed that there were two patients who died as a result of being infected by the corona virus (COVID-19). One of the patients is an Indonesian citizen (WNI). The first patient was a 75-year-old Singaporean female citizen. He was treated at the National Center for Infectious Diseases (NCID) on February 23 and was confirmed to be infected with the Corona virus the same day. He suffered serious complications and finally died on March 21 at 07.52 am local time after 26 days at the ICU. He has a history of chronic heart disease and hypertension.
The second patient who died was a 64-year-old Indonesian citizen. He was treated in critical condition at the NCID ICU on March 13, 2020 after arriving in Singapore from Indonesia on the same day. He was confirmed to be infected with the Corona virus the day after, or March 14.
